If the logo is displayed with a copyright symbol the most likely cause of this is the two lines of code needed for HEAD section of your web page.

Solution One – If logo is displayed with a copyright symbol this is most likely caused by a jquery conflict with the first line of code we ask you to add to the web page. If your website already has a link to jquery, adding this link a second time will prevent it from working. To resolve this conflict please delete the first of our two lines of code on your webpage.

The remaining link to the Yoshki-js library should be placed after your link to jQuery and the logo link can then be used anywhere on the webpage.

Solution Two – Please check that you have copied and pasted the code exactly

If you are still experiencing this problem after trying the above solutions please add the broken logo to a temp webpage and raise a support ticket.  Please remember to let us know where you have posted the logo.
